ORDERS

 

Most items are made to order within 2 weeks unless stated in the product section. All items which are in stock and ready to send will be shipped within 3 business days. In some cases items can be made sooner, please contact me if you require an item quickly and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Once completed your order will be shipped using the following methods.

 

 

PAYMENTS

 

All payments are processed using PayPal. You can use Credit or Debit Cards with PayPal. If you would like to make payment by BACS please email aubinstewart@hotmail.co.uk. Items will only be sent upon receipt of payment.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

Currently all UK orders benefit from FREE POSTAGE using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Postage. High value items are posted using Recorded Delivery, signed for postage. All items are packaged securely and come in a gift box. European & International orders cost a flat rate of £10.00 by Airsure Tracked postage which can take up to 5 working days.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

I strive to make sure all of my products are made to a high standard however if you are unhappy with your purchase or have any concerns regarding your item please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss your concerns.

Items from stock which are returned in their original condition and unworn within 28 days of purchase will be refunded. Please return the item securely packaged using insured postage and obtain proof of postage.

Custom orders can only be returned or exchanged at my discretion. Personalised items or commissioned items can only be returned if faulty or at my discretion.  Please contact me if you have any concerns regarding a custom order.

RING SIZING

 

All rings are made to order using UK size measurements. It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate finger size when placing a ring order. A charge of £25.00 plus postage will be applied to any rings returned for sizing.
